Our Haus Albertus Akkermann has been in our family for over 130 years and we run this business in the fourth generation. It is located in the traffic-calmed zone in the center of the village.

We are located not much further than 250 meters from the main railway station. Therefore, you can easily reach us on foot if you arrive at the train station in Borkum. As our house is located in the traffic-calmed zone, you can only approach us on the day of arrival and departure, respectively, to unload and load the car. There is no parking possibility directly at the house. The nearest free public parking lot is also located about 250 meters from the house.

The rental price includes bed linen and towels.
The apartment should be left swept clean. Otherwise, a final cleaning will be charged at an extra cost of Euro 50,-.

Before arrival we ask you to let us know with which ferry you arrive, so that we can prepare our cleaning schedule. This is to ensure that you have as little waiting time as possible to move into the apartment. The occupation of the apartment is possible after cleaning.
On the day of departure the apartment should be vacated by 10.00 am.
