Welcome to the Likedeeler Pension

The pension was completely renovated in 2017 and furnished in a new and modern style. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the centre of Borkum with many shopping facilities, restaurants and the extensive and beautiful beach.

The house Pension Likedeeler is located in the blue zone on Borkum. Here, driving is not allowed from 21:00 - 7:00 in the seasonal times. If you arrive by car, we recommend the car park on Upholmstraße (for a fee) or the large car park Am Lange Wasser (free of charge) near the train station. - The guesthouse does not provide parking spaces.

On the ground floor of the guesthouse is the spacious, fully equipped communal kitchen. Here you can cook at any time or enjoy a coffee from the fully automatic machine (for a fee). Next door is the common room, equipped with several table groups, which is at your disposal for working, dining or cosy evenings.

You can also wash and dry your clothes here. A washing machine and a dryer are available for use in a separate room on the ground floor (for a fee). An ironing board with iron and a hoover can be found in the storage room opposite the laundry room.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in our guesthouse (with surcharge).

Smoking is not permitted in any area of the guesthouse. For smokers there is an ashtray in front of the house.

Dogs are not included in the accommodation price and can be added in the shopping basket (maximum 2). Beach towels can be booked for 5,00 Euro per person.

Baby cot on request - not possible in all rooms

Payment by bank transfer

Deposit 25% up to 7 days after booking, final payment up to 30 days before arrival. If you book at short notice, the total amount must be transferred.

After booking you will receive a separate booking confirmation from the landlord (plus guest contribution) stating the bank details.

How to find us...

You can organise your journey in different ways:

1. drive by car to Emden or to Eemshaven in the Netherlands. There you can either park your car in one of the car parks or take it on the ferries (make sure you reserve a space in good time).

2. travel by train to Emden Aussenhafen and take the ferry from there.

If you come to the island by car, you will find us like this:
At the harbour exit, turn left towards Reedestraße. On the right-hand side, drive straight on past the youth hostel.

After about 5.3 km, turn right (Reedestraße becomes Deichstraße) and stay on Reedestraße. After about 800 m, Pension Likedeeler is on the right-hand side.

If you come to the island without a car, you will find us like this:

At the harbour, get on the island train and go to the station terminus. At the end of the train, cross the railway tracks and look for the Tourist Information Borkum. Turn left there into Bahnhofspfad and continue on Alte Schulstraße, after 120 m turn left into Neue Straße and after 50 m turn right into Rektor-Meyer-Pfad, after 230 m turn left into Wiesenweg. At the Wegmann car repair shop turn right into Reedestr. and after 80 m you have reached the guesthouse.

Check In on arrival day 16:30 hrs

Check out on the day of departure 09:30 hrs.

As a rule, you inform us of the ferry on the day of arrival. Then call our receptionist as soon as you arrive at the port of Borkum and arrange with her to check the corona requirements.
