Musikpavillon

The pavilion is like a landmark for the life on Borkum's promenade by the Nordbad. It has stood here for more than 100 years. It was built in 1911 and to mark its 100th anniversary, the square around it - the Wandelbahn - was completely renovated in 2011.

With the pavilion and the daily music, the promenade has become a natural centre of attraction. They all stroll here: families with children, singles and couples as well as "goldies". Where else do you have the opportunity to enjoy such beautiful sounds in combination with a marvellous view of pink sunsets? If you fancy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, the cafés and bars in the surrounding area have plenty to offer. This is a North Sea holiday for connoisseurs.
