The daily rental price depends on the season. Additionally, we charge a service fee, which includes high-quality bed linen, 2 towels and 1 bath towel per bed, a starter set for the kitchen, as well as final cleaning. If you are traveling with a dog, we charge a dog fee.
The minimum rental period is between 2 to 6 nights depending on the season; for stays of less than 4 nights, we charge a short booking surcharge.
In January of the travel year or at the time of booking, a deposit of approximately 20% is due. The remaining rent plus guest contributions - which we collect on behalf of Nordseeheilbad Borkum GmbH - is due one month before arrival.
Bookings for subsequent years can be canceled free of charge. In the case of a cancellation in the travel year or an impediment, for example due to an acute illness, we will try to find a replacement tenant; if necessary, we will refund at least 10% of the rent, for which we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

On the day of arrival, the house is generally available around 5:00 PM (often earlier). On the day of departure, please vacate the house by 10:00 AM. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please discuss this with the cleaning team on-site; we will share the phone number with you approximately 2 days before your arrival via email.
